Still no fix for Incredible Hulk? It's been like...three months.

Make sure to update romlist with the autoupdater? I think it uses a peculiar save type because I see a save icon at the beginning of the ROM loading. Many games that check save at the beginning load require a different save type. Works fine over here. Are you on current patch dll?

Hey man, I appreciate the hard work. But can I have a closer look at the games it can't run? I mean not that I'm asking much but take it as a suggestion instead.

It would be easier and nicer to know if it's GBA or DS game.
Hope I'm not crossing the line here.

Any games being posted in here are assumed to be DS, considering that the EZ4 client ROMlist only contains DS, and that there aren't any GBA games coming out anymore. And if you mean by having a closer look at the games that we provide you with ROMs, that's against the rules of the forum. You'll have to find the games yourself (which isn't difficult at all)

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (usa version)

Without patch: The game lets you brow the menus, crashes with a black screen with new game, and crashes when starting a mission at "mission mode" guest play.

With patch: The game doesn't start, white screen.

It reminds me of the GTA chinatown wars problem, I'll try to patch it myself but the fix I used was the one provided by xenophobia.

Post if you get a working patch, I've been looking too. The patched one is for R4 probably, a lot of games had a patch and people were getting that and having problems when it worked fine on EZ without a patch. I was hoping this was one, but apparently not.

How to manually hex edit KH rom:

1: Google and download a program called XVI32. This is the hex editor I used.

2: Open your KH rom.

3: At the top click address, then click goto, then click hexidecimal.

4: Type 010E5DC into the box and click ok.

5: The first block should be highlighted and have 0C in it.

6: At the top click edit, click overwrite string, click hex string, in the bottom box type 37 and click ok.

7: Where it said 0C in the first box it should now say 37.

8: Click file, then click save.

9: Put the file you just saved on your flash cart and enjoy[/quote]

Used to give me a black screen. Now that I used the hex editor it gives me a white screen and then a black screen.

Well, this is strange.

Professor Layton Pandora's box ( or diabolical box, whatever) has a problem in the last puzzle. You are supossed to blow into the microphone (this is no spoiler, it's the easiest puzzle in the game) but the game just don't recognise you are blowing.

First I thought the micro was broken, but it wasn't and this happens also with the iTouch2 and perhaps some other flashcart.

You can play the game until the end (all the plot is revealed, at least the more important bits) but you are not able to watch the "final video" and playing the bonus puzzles.

I write this not waiting a fix (though it will be delightful) , but to warn the few users of EzIV who survive out there.
