give this one a try, Rein 17a was a test version so it may have had bugs, here is 17
REIN17_unofficial_ez4-dldi.zip

If you didn't know already, SATA's NDS projects including REIN have been discontinued entirely (back at the beginning of the year). Appears similar to DSO's author quitting... frustrated by waves of new devices, sick of stupid questions in languages he doesn't speak, that kind of idea.

That new build is working great so far, but, it's not detecting the date and time, it's static at 2000/00/00 00:00:00.

Use whichever version works for you. No idea why the time is messed, though it is likely that SATA made some changes to his ndslib to update time differently.
