EZ-Flash USA Forum

I'm gonna start an ebay store for preflashme'ed NDS and DSL. Market price + ~$20.00 US. Any legal problems or warnings, and any takers? Lemme know what you think. I can package them with an ezflash IV and a 512 80x minisd, or I could set up a way for you to send me your nds or lite and i'll flash it and send it back? What's a fair price so I don't lose money from ebay charges or paypal and shipping and handling?

Here is a similar service done by a European shop:

A couple of electronics shops/people I have visited do the same as well (these are normally the same shops/people that did PS1 chips way back).
The only obstacle really is a whole bunch of sites have meeting threads for people who wish to have flashme/FWNitro put upon their DS'.

Legal problems are not really my area, I should not imagine there will be any. Ebay seem to take great exception to the selling of flashcarts as well (frozen/deleted accounts without a warning on occasion).
