can anyone show me how to use the skin forger and time machine cause i cant seem to get it to work

The EZ time machine doesn't include the folder for the default destination path for some reason; just download the time machine - extract and create a folder called "Output" w/o quotes. After that just download the skin you want converted and choose the folder and convert. You may edit the skin as needed. The Forger I haven't played with yet.
