Can anyone give me a brief/concise differential between these two carts? I understand the hardware of the EZ3 and I think I understand the hardware of the EZ4, but I am wondering why the EZ4 has such a higher compatibility? I'm assuming the EZ4 is similar or even the same as the EZ3, but with an SD card... :?:

EZ3 - NAND (1Gbit-8Gbit side) + miniSD interface + dual boot (GBA/DS) = EZ4

The EZ3 software might be undoing anything that would fix EZ4 patched games and/or the loader on the EZ4 is a lot better. It would be nice if they released an EZManager that gave you the option of turning off the patching system.

Is the NOR side the same size as the EZ3?

Yeah 256Mbit (32MByte).

So the EZ4 has higher compatibility because the loader is better? or because the SD card acts differently than the NAND memory?

If its the loader, I'm assuming the EZ3 loader could be updated as well in the future to support the same games...

Because the loader and patching software is better. It could be used on the EZ3 except the code for accessing the miniSD needs to be changed to access the NAND instead.
